The problem
Links break silently. A page gets deleted, a domain expires, a URL changes after a CMS update — and suddenly your site has dozens of dead links hurting your rankings and frustrating visitors.
I tried the existing tools. Screaming Frog was too heavy — desktop install, manual re-crawls. Ahrefs costs $99/month just for link checking. Dead Link Checker was painfully slow with no automation. None of them solved what I needed.
So I built my own
